residential case study:
fifth avenue duplex

This apartment was a gut renovation of two full floors. The palette was neutral, comprised of cream, light yellow, dusty blue, soft peach and taupe, that served as a quiet backdrop to a dramatic architectural space and an important art collection.

Elevator Doors: the metal elevator doors were glazed as faux woodgrain crossfire cherry to match the surrounding paneling.

Guest Bedroom: the walls were glazed in a blue strie finish.

Sitting Room: the walls and woodwork were glazed in peach strie and parchment finish

Living Room: the walls were glazed in pale yellow soft rag finish

Dining Room: the walls were glazed in pale yellow stipple finish

Switchplates: the switchplates were painted to match cherry and granite
